Cautions for the use of impregnating glue:
The infiltrated workpiece needs to be decontaminated. The precautions are as follows:
The space between the workpieces in the hanging basket should not be too small. Otherwise, in the cleaning process, the inner workpiece can not be fully flushed, which affects the decontamination effect. If there is oil residue, it will decompose and carbonize during high temperature drying process, resulting in macula on the surface of the workpiece.
If the matching parts need to be assembled before immersion, the parts must be fully degreased before assembly, otherwise oil pollution will be brought into the gap between the matching parts, and the oil pollution in the gap is difficult to clean by cleaning agent. When oil contamination at this position is heated, it will exude due to thermal expansion, resulting in macula on the surface of the workpiece.
Cleaning parts generally have the following several methods: solvent cleaning, metal detergent cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning. Example: The parts are immersed in diesel oil or trichloroethylene, when the grease on the surface of the parts is completely dissolved, the parts can be removed and dried; the parts are immersed in the metal detergent solution, shaking continuously for 20 minutes, then taken out and dried, placed in the drying room with fan and steam heating, the temperature is 98-102 degrees, baked for 20-40 minutes, and the extraction is cooled to room temperature, then leached. The treated parts should be infiltrated as soon as possible and exposed for a long time, which will cause spots on the parts.
After cleaning and drying, there is no oil stain and moisture residue on the surface.
Cleaning water should be replaced regularly.
The infiltration process is recommended to be operated in accordance with the manual, i.e. dry vacuum method.
In the process of infiltration, metal impurities may precipitate, which is not conducive to the storage of glue and the infiltration effect of workpiece. Therefore, there should be a filter device (such as screen) between the infiltration tank and the storage tank to prevent the sediment from being brought into the storage tank, affecting the storage stability, and the bottom of the infiltration tank should be cleaned regularly.
No vacuum oil, engine oil, lubricating oil and rust-proof oil (paste) can be brought into the immersion glue when it is used.
Because the glue itself will expand slightly when it is heated, when it is cured in hot water, a small amount of glue seeps out and solidifies to form sand-like substances, which is caused by the characteristics of this kind of impregnating glue itself. It can be safely used. The method to alleviate this problem is to shake the workpiece up and down and turn left and right when it is cured in hot water.
With the increase of infiltration times, the solidification time of the infiltration glue will be prolonged. A 10 mm diameter test tube can be used to fill about 3 cm of the glue and put into water at 90 degrees Celsius. If it does not solidify for more than 15 minutes, the reinforcement agent or new glue should be added. (Curing agent can be supplied by our factory)
By testing the viscosity of the infiltration glue, it can be distinguished whether the infiltration glue is stable or not, so that it can be used normally. The test viscosity can be determined by rotating viscosity, but the value of viscosity is higher than 20 mpa. s, it can not be used. If there is no viscometer, it is identified by visual method: the bamboo stick is lifted from the glue, and the glue does not draw and drips rapidly into normal state.
The PH value of the water in the solidification tank ranges from 7 to 7.5. The adjusting method is adding sodium silicate to adjust the PH value by 8, and adding citric acid to adjust the PH value.
The infiltration rubber tank is equipped with refrigeration device, and it is best to keep the temperature between 8 and 28 degrees Celsius.
10. For long-term use of glue, it is advisable to preserve it by aeration (e.g. using oxygen or dry air treated by vapor-water separator to aerate from the bottom of the tank, and a little vapor can be seen in the glue).
