The space between workpieces in the hanging basket should not be too small, otherwise the inner workpiece cannot be fully washed during the cleaning process, which will affect the decontamination effect. If there is oil residue, it will decompose and carbonize in the high temperature drying process, causing macula on the surface of the workpiece.
If there are matching parts to be assembled before infiltration, all parts must be fully degreasing before assembly, otherwise the oil will be brought into the gap between the matching parts, and the oil in the gap is difficult to clean by cleaning agent. When the oil at this position is heated, it will seep out due to thermal expansion, causing macula on the surface of the workpiece.
cleaning parts generally have the following methods: solvent cleaning, metal cleaning agent cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning. Example: Immerse the parts in diesel oil or trichloroethylene. When the grease on the surface of the parts is completely dissolved, take them out and drain them. Immerse the parts in the metal detergent solution, shake for 20 minutes, take them out and drain them, place them in a drying room with fan and steam heating, bake at 98-102 degrees for 20-40 minutes, take them out and cool them to room temperature, then impregnate them. The treated parts should be infiltrated as soon as possible, and the exposure time will be long, which will cause spots on the parts. After

During the infiltration process, metal impurities may precipitate, which is not conducive to the storage of glue and the infiltration effect of workpieces. Therefore, a filter isolation device (such as a screen) should be installed between the infiltration tank and the storage tank to prevent sediment from being brought into the storage tank and affecting the storage stability, and the bottom of the infiltration tank should be cleaned regularly.

The glue itself will expand slightly due to heat. During hot water curing, a small amount of glue will seep out and solidify to form a substance similar to sand particles. This is caused by the characteristics of this kind of impregnating glue itself. It can be used with confidence. The method to reduce it is to shake the workpiece up and down and rotate left and right during hot water curing.
With the increase of impregnation times, the curing time of impregnation glue will be prolonged. A test tube with a diameter of 10mm can be filled with glue for about 3cm and put into water at 90 degrees Celsius. If it does not cure for more than 15 minutes, curing agent or new glue solution should be added. (Curing agent can be provided by our factory)

The test viscosity can be measured by rotational viscosity, and the viscosity value is higher than 20mpa.s. If there is no viscometer, it shall be identified by visual inspection: the bamboo stick shall be lifted from the glue liquid, and the glue liquid shall be in normal state without drawing and dripping rapidly. The PH value of the water in the
curing tank is 7~7.5. Adjustment method: add sodium silicate to adjust the PH value of 8, and add citric acid to adjust the PH value.
